Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (TOS) agreement is between Askwala (the "Service Provider") and the customer who wishes to use the Service Provider's QR code generation service (the "Customer").

1. Definitions

• "QR Code" means a machine-readable code that consists of black and white squares arranged on a white background, which can encode information such as text, URLs, or other data. QR codes are commonly used for marketing, payments, and tracking, allowing users to quickly access information or perform actions by scanning the code. It can be scanned by a QR code scanner app on user's device or using an online tool like https://qrcodescan.in to view the information it contains.
• "Service" means the QR Code generation service provided by Askwala.
• "User" means any individual or entity that uses the Service.

2. Services

• The Service Provider will provide the Customer with a QR code generation service. The Service Provider will create a QR code for the Customer based on the Customer's specifications. The Service Provider will then provide the Customer with the QR code file in PNG and PDF format.

3. Payment

• The Customer will pay the Service Provider for the QR code generation service. The payment will be made in accordance with the Service Provider's pricing and payment terms.

4. Ownership

• The Customer will own the QR code file that is created by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will retain no ownership rights in the generated QR code file once payment is received.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate this TOS agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Service Provider will cease providing the QR code generation service to the Customer.

6. Governing Law

• This TOS agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.

7. Entire Agreement

• This TOS agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. There are no representations or warranties, express or implied, that are not set forth in this TOS agreement.

8. Severability

• If any provision of this TOS agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this TOS agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Waiver

• No waiver of any provision of this TOS agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Headings

• The headings in this TOS agreement are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.
